Mentioning the use of incorrect images for hotels they advertised in newspaper supplements (out of courtesy of course), seems to really help a complaint along its way.

A conversation I had with my daughter:

Daughter: Mom, sometimes I think your mean and sometimes I think you're the best mom in the world.

Me: Really? And when do you think I'm the best mom in the world?

Daughter: Mmmnn... Every 2 months... For about 5 mins.

I laughed. It wasn't funny though.

I spilled red wine over my laptop's keyboard. I flip it right away and clean it with tissue paper and everything's fine. The mouse on the other hand isn't working well.
