no its not, while I was calling animal control another dog owner went around asking people if they wanted a dog. Luckliy a guy said he would take the dog, I just hope that he's nice person and that the dog will have a good life with him.

I totally had a comment and decided to refrain.  Instead I'll say, I hope the dog lives a long happy life with a good family.
