I was knee deep in poo, yes, real poo last night as one of my client's waste pipe got blocked.  I couldn't clear it and now Dyno-rod have told me there's a clay bung stuck halfway down.  Now I have to cut through a solid oak floor just so they can get down and excavate.

They paid £975,000 3 months ago for this place and took out a drain survey beforehand.  The survey apparently didn't pick out the obstruction.

£975,000 to have to crap in a bucket for 2 days.  That surely is a surprise.

I did not no there was a Microsoft store that sold all Microsoft things. It kind reminded me of a apple store but colorful. It really made me want to buy something, so I guess they did a good job.

I made a complaint a while back about some of the below standard things in the hotel I stayed in last August (St Lucia if you recall).  It wasn't really bad but I thought I'd mention it to Virgin as these things are my line of work and I thought it may help improve some basic things.

Today Virgin sent me a cheque for £210. YIPPEE!!

Makes that laptop a whole heap cheaper.
