Hebburn vs Shameless

Watched Hebburn tonight and I think they use the same pub in this as they do in Shameless. Thoughts?

Dont watch either. but that doesnt surprise me.
many building are used in many tv episodes and different movies.

I must have been away (or leaving) when this originally aired, so it's kind of got lost in the post for me.

Was it any good?  Is it worth firing up iplayer?

Apparently there was a Christmas special of this that aired/is airing this month.

Can't say I noticed it at all?.

That style of building / pub is very common...

and as one is set in Tyne and Wear
and the other is Greater Manchester
