It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

I didn't want to like it, because if I met those people in real-life I would hate them.  I think they've Baldrick'd Charlie, cos I'm sure he wasn't so dumb before :D

Oh, Harry Potter was on QI, did you see?

They chopped his head off and asked lots of Harry Potter questions, did you see?

Other than the Office I can not think of a single US tv show remade from a UK show that is even worthy of airing. So is Shameless. This sucks so hard that I think the screen inverted in the tv. Just my opinion.

I've only watched Shameless UK a couple times but I think it's so original and well done that would be very difficult to match.

My sister says The Event is the best lately. I haven't watched it. Has it been commented here before?

It is SO bad! I love Shameless UK. Just starting season 8 and I still love that damn show. Feel like I watched that pathetic family grow up.

The Event is pretty decent and Jason Ritter (son of John Ritter) is pretty good too.  The first few episodes are confusing but I believe that is the intent.  It puts you right there for "the event" but will jump back to fill back story, which usually just ended up leaving more questions.  Eventually it seemed to level off but still has a fair amount of anticipation left for the viewer.

^ That show is wickedly funny though.

Anyone see "The Cape"? I thought it was pretty poor.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

I just recently watched the first two episodes of "The Cape".  It's starting rather slow and the "acting"...is a bit...um...weak?  I might give it a couple more episodes (esp. since it's the winter scheduling break for most of my shows) but it better pick up or it'll be forgotten.

I just watched the first episode of Zen.  Hard to gauge the show on the first episode but it seems pretty good.  I've always liked Rufus Sewell as an actor so...I'll see how it goes.
