Has anyone been watching BBC1's Silk?

I watched the first two episodes last night on BBCi player, I'll probably watch the next two tonight. Seems pretty good so far.

I've also started working my way through the last season of Dexter.

It's starting to get a little annoying for me.  I was sad when I heard it was canceled but now, too many new "things" are happening on each episode, like since they got canceled, they're just trying to shove as much as they can so they can still used the ending they had proposed for a 4 or 5 season series.
Oh, I think I understand.

I don't think I've thought of it the same way, because I felt it was too slow before.  Like Lost.  Before, it felt like they spent too much time staring at each other, or listening to each other breathe.  I also felt Chloe and Scott got too much screen time, I have to skip a lot of the scenes they're both in (maybe I find it difficult to relate to either of them).  So, I suppose the recent pace is probably the reason I'm enjoying it more.  I'm not as patient with television as I used to be.

I can see why it can be frustrating though.  I think The Peacekeeper Wars and Serenity were like that.  After watching them, It did feel like they compressed at least a season's worth of story into a 90 minute film.  I didn't even feel sad about Wash in Serenity, and I liked Wash.  I felt sad about D'Argo, but the whole film still felt like they were rushing.  I like D'Argo more than Wash.

I wish they'd given Farscape more seasons, it is just so good!

Now Zoidberg is the popular one!

Have I mentioned Breakout Kings yet?  I vaguely recall having a conversation with Nobby or redlandslide recently about Jimmi Simpson.  I'm rather enjoying it so far, except maybe for the the fact that the one cop keeps reminding me of Michael Chiklis.

I'm also starting to warm up to "Outcasts".  Is this a continuing series or one of BBC's infamous one season shows?

Season one had eight episodes and after bad reviews and awful ratings, the BBC announced there would be no season 2.

I was expecting a new "Prison Break" judging from the ads. It wasn't. I still liked it. I am not a big fan of crime shows, so I don't regularly follow it. And it's fine because it doesn't have a twisted story and you can watch the episodes independently.

It's definitely connected to "Prison Break" as T-bag is in one of the episodes.

This is me watching that: Brush your teeth! Put on your shoes! Or I'll turn the TV off! And then I proceed to brush my kid's teeth and put her shoes on while we watch Hot wheels: Battle force 5 EVERY MORNING.  ;D

We watch it every evening before bedtime but the two of them now have to compete on who can sing the theme song the loudest.  This does not do much to wind them down.
