I know it's an oldie, but I picked up Duke Nukem 3d for 3 dollars.
Gog.com (http://Gog.com) is having a holiday sale, and I'm sure many others I'm not familiar with are as well.
One thing the members here may appreciate is that the games are DRM free.

It's like I wasted my time and money pirating these games and then burning them to CDs. >:(

I checked the site out and there really are some classics on there.

It really is a good site. The prices are extremely reasonable, they have a great selection (except idgames), there are no stupid DRM hoops to jump through, and the games are specifically tailored to work smoothly on the latest versions of Windows (Vista,7,8).
