Title: Halloween 2009

What is everyone dressing up as for Halloween this year? What about the little ones in your families? Any good costume ideas?

I was thinking of putting on some "professional attire" and going as and employed person. Just a thought.....dont know if I could pull it off though.

I fully support this costume choice  8)

My costumes always suck for Halloween, but my drunken antics are legendary.  This year my wife
and I will probably take the babby over to our friends' house and hand out candy (no drunken antics this year). 
I'll probably dress up like a cat (again) or Mephistopheles (again).

Since I'm fair skinned and have dark hair.. I never have to work at a Halloween costume... with very little effort, and no cost I can pull off 'dead looking' ::)

It's nice that Halloween falls on a weekend this year. I really like Day of the Dead also.. so it would be nice to do something for it too.

I was thinking you'ld say, "Me" (myself, you...)

And Frank if the baby is anything like my baby, an air freshener is the last costume he could pull off. (although that new baby smell is still intact even when its covered up by the expulsion of excrement smell)

My babby's poop smells like buttered pop corn.  It is difficult for me to go into movie theaters now  :D

He moves too much now for that costume.  That costume is perfect for a 1 or 2 month old though.

We don't have Halloween "culture" here,but probably my face is enough to scary anyone,so I don't need masks etc.

I can't decide between a robot and a box :(

If I go as a robot, I would have to put more effort into my costume, but I'd enjoy it more.  However, being lazy, I could just not bother with the decoration and go as a box.  Or Wall-E...

Seriously though, I don't know why porn movies are longer than 5-10 minutes.  I never get to see the rest of it.

Don't wear a mask.  Construct some glasses and hat that look robotic or paint your face along with those things. 
A smaller box as a hat would work perfectly and you could still drink comfortably.
Also, don't use leg holes.  Make sure the box doesn't have a bottom, and you can easily retract your arms into
the box to get at your goods. 

The biggest mistake with Halloween costumes if you plan on drinking is a mask and lack of comfortable access to the pants.

I thought you said you don't tan at all.  :D

During the summers I try not to get too dark. Otherwise there's a huge difference between the parts of my body that get sun, and the parts that don't  ::) And for some reason, that annoys the hell outta me  :D

There's a super funny baby gnome costume at Walmart. I need to take a piture of it for Frank before they sell out. Frank, if they have it at the Walmart there..it's sooo what your baby should go as. It's totally insane :D

Nope.. I want one of those one piece ones like they make for kids.. black..with the bones on it.. But I don't want the bones to be 3d.. or gorey.. I saw one a couple of years ago but I was too lazy to buy it.

He means where is my 'clan' from.. or.. I think that's what he meant. ..as in originally from in Scotland.

To which I was going ot reply.. 'I've forgotten, I'd have to look it up or email a relative to find he specific town.' To find my plaid color/pattern I was going by a family surname. But since that was a quick search at a 'touristy' very general link, I could be wrong about that.

I told her we needed to go to a fabric store and buy some stuff so we can be monsters, too. 
I suggested we dress up in fancy clothes, so we can look like respectable monsters. 
I also suggested that we use those outfits again for a formal family portrait. 

Here's a related joke I made up...

Where does the monster family go out for dinner?
