Its the film: Ghost in the Machine (1993); got a message from somebody in Australia not being able to view it.

For me it says it was disabed by request, but it directs me to youtube. In those cases it usually realy does take me to usuable alternative. This clip just takes you to a deadend at youtube.

Yes, tried various proxies, located in Canda, US, Russia, Japan, Netherlands, Germany, France, Singapore and some others. All stated the same.

Do you mean contact YouTube? You said Google. Anyway, I'm not sure what the harm would be in contacting them (unless you're afraid the other vids might get blocked).
Also, double-posting is allowed here. Just don't do it like 20 times in a row.
