The North Coast.... Beautiful

I can tell you what and where they are, just let me know you want to know and they we will all know, if you know what i mean...lol
-
That looks great. We don't have anything like that here in the US. I'm jealous.
-
Are they anywhere near your neck of the wood?
Carn Brea mayhaps ;)
-
You are always Smoking Smokey.... Yes My neck of the woods.
If you take a look at Gwennap Pit. http://www.gwennappit.co.uk/ It has a lot of history and a simple non paying entrance to visit. The Carne Brea castle is a really weird building as some is built on huge boulders. It is open as a restaurant. http://www.castleuk.net/castle_lists_south/203/carnbreacastle.htm There are several sites to look at. I have never been to have a meal as they say it has a musty smell, but i think that could add to a whole experience of a castle evening, But i would want to dressed in some sort of costume too.
Good to chat to you. :)

The closest similar place to me that would be like picture number (1.) would be Red Rocks in Colorado. Even though i've been to Colorado more then once, I've never seen a concert at Red Rocks :(
Your pictures are awesome :)

Skadi, well that looks amazing. What a backdrop and if, like all other theaters like these, the sound must be pretty amazing too. You will have to make a date there some time and let us all know. Ta for sharing with us.

Some pics of my holiday to Uk in 2003 Babecombe Model Village
When I was looking at your pics last night when I was sleepy, I didn't see at first where you'd written model village. I was thinking 'I didn't expect Stonehenge to look like that close up...' :D
Your pictures are awesome. Thank you for sharing them.

Sorry Smartpatrol as I should have also said "welcome". For some reason I'd thought you'd been a member for some while but I must have been confused with another board.
Welcome anyhoo.

I wasn't sure either as there is a special way one can photograph something (or maybe it's just a filter added later) to make real-life shots look like "models".

Ah Blackpool, I spent many a wind-swept holiday there in my youth.

Thanks, smartpatrol. I've never seen any photos of Avebury. Those stone monuments are impressive.
