I used to eat potatoes raw all the time, sprinkling them with salt.  They were tasty.

I have wondered about raw potatoes.  I've never seen any mention of it being eaten anywhere, so assumed it probably didn't taste that great.  I'm going to try it the next time I buy potatoes!

Ok but remember I was a young kid at the time.  It is very starchy too, but I still thought that, the mixture of the taste and the texture made it fun to eat.

Yeah, just to go in the store and buy 5 lbs. of potatoes to eat a single one raw. Then return them because you weren't satisfied lol
