I like all kinds of different body types.. but my favorite is buff-lanky, like a lot of swimmers have.. and some UFC guys have.

buff-lanky? Complete opposites pushed together.  ;D

I'm skinny, so I would think working out would only get me so far unless I overdid it. And still, my frame and mass would look lean.

Other times when I've put on lots of weight in a short amount of time, particularly when I was 8 or 9, I'd still come off as being skinny.

So, the idea of having a buff bod that would be moderately easy to maintain always stood out to me.

It's definitely why I can appreciate a nice bod, like the above. :P

I took this screencap from smallville's season premier the other day so I could post it here.
Tom's looking pretty huge this season. Now that's an amazing bod. He looks way buffer than
the first couple of seasons. And even though he's gained weight, I think it's because he's
well proportioned and built anyway, that the extra body fat just pads his already existing muscle rather
than replacing it making him look stronger.  :P

i think he was drunk most of his time on the real world show, but I didn't mind as long as his shirt was off.
