I've always used premixed hot cocoa but in the effort of cutting back on processed stuff. I haven;t brought any in a while. I was craving a cup of hot chocolate and it turns out that unsweetened cocoa for baking works just as good.
1-2 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa
Sugar
Milk
it wasn't overly sweet and it had slightly bitter taste it.

But of course!! I'm always trying to convince my daughter that's better but she thinks the chocolate milk that comes in the carton tastes better. And it's more expensive too.

In my opinion best ever is:
Milky Drinking Chocolate
A creamy, not-too-sweet drinking chocolate made with grated flakes of our 50% milk chocolate – the perfect balance between a mellow tone and a good, strong cocoa kick.

But at £10 for 250 gm. a bit on the expensive side... :(

I buy sticks of cocoa while in St Lucia and make this:

It's a little more in depth but tastes incredible.
