True, you'd hav to pick some coplimenatary wallpaper.. then just use it as a desktop item, and center it. A hassle, but I didn't know how badly you wanted hypno toad :P

WHAT?!? It totally works. Save it -> Right click desktop -> (I dont know what OS you're on but) Personlize -> Desktop Background -> Browse -> Choose pic -> Stretch -> Done...........darling.

This has opened up a bag of worms.....I am now on a quest to figure out how to animate wallpaper in Vista and 7. Several ideas, now to find one that actually works. Ill keep you posted.
