Doing a sync on the phone right now.  Honestly, the upgrade process worked well.  Now I just have to wait until a jailbrake comes out for it.

effin' shizzy.  Worse signal strength then I had before and totally unable to connect to my wap.  I am (was) a little drunk when I was trying to figure it out so lets see if I can get it to work in the morning.

Issue was PEBKAC (google it if you don't know).  I have MAC filtering on and I had added what I thought was the iPhone's MAC address to the allow list but evidently it was the Bluetooth MAC address.  Finally got it working.
