How idiotic my bosses are at work.
They have suddenly imposed all the rules and regulations that have become lax for a number of years.
No smoking unless on break / 15 mins break etc etc.
Trouble is when a manager asked me to do some work before my start time, I told him to came back and speak to me later ( plus a few other words, me being a Union rep came to the fore ) and now he wants to discipline me.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Bring on Monday when I present them with the case I am writing.
