How I love self-indulging. It's not a sin, is it?

Not that I'd care.

I don't like rite-aid, but it's going to get worse. Walgreens are pulling a buyout.

yep.  concentration of national chains can't be a good thing.

I prefer CVS.

What do you expect - there were 10 times the usual amount of gremlins around.

If it wasn't so big with a bigass dryer sitting on top of it I'd drag it outside and have at it with the Sledge-O-Matic. The more bells and whistles the more things to go wrong.

I live in terror of our ancient washer sputtering out, or twice as ancient clothes line unmooring.

On the fix old, no new front, I hate Google store updates, and 10 pro seems to be destroying the hard drive on the tiny god computer laythy sent me. Just watching Hulu and the hard drive is grinding around at 98% usage.

I can't completely agree on the anti-bells and whistles argument though. Microwaves with dials really suck the "joy" out of food prep.

I've been taking daily walks to not go stir crazy, but the walk home seems longer and longer.

I don't need a [sic] smart washer, just a dial and a start button.

It's about the same length each day. Weekdays are better than Sundays. Mom almost got in a scrap with a "lady" who had set up damn near a campsite on the pier.

I like a good long walk.  Where do you go?  Perhaps if you varied your route, it would seem less long.
