I'm trying to figure out how Christmas is only a week away. It's like a slept through December.

Sam's club has some evil ads, first it does some sort of siren that wakes my phone up, and at the end of the ad it activates the mic on my tablet and tells me to say a phrase. I don't, but that's straight up badware.

Unfortunately, slacker got rid of it's forums a while back, and their support has never replied to technical problems I've reported in the past, so they'd likely not care about a malignant ad.

This is true. I have been trying to reassure her that Xmas is miles away and not to panic, but it appears that I'm wrong.

Now all the things I wanted to buy are sold out!!

That actually sounds like a good idea.  It's cold here.  Not so much that we really have any business complaining, but what can I say, we're all wimps.  The temp goes below 50º F and we freak out.
