There was a pot on reddit today where a user received a sega genesis controller he ordered in 2012, with a stamp on the front that said "found in supposedly empty equipment".

Shippers really don't give a golly.

I find most of my order delays are caused by bless'ed hub cities, where it is more cost effective to send something I've ordered through different states because of a bless'ed algorithm.

I had a package from canada "stick" in long beach, because some golly lowered the priority on my order from first to third class on his own authority at the bless'ed hub facility.

I of course, was still charged first class, and didn't even get to curse at the politician!

The damn thing looked like it went through a paper shredder, but the seller apparently knew something like that would happen. The packaging probably could have shook off a few shotgun blasts.

No packed lunch and I told him what you'd said (kinda hinting but I'm not sure he got it). Bloody unbelievable labourer and more like a semi tradesman.

He is only about three-foot-nothing, though.

I'm sore from digging wet clay.  I planted a couple of fruit trees and tried to get some control over the burgeoning population of weeds.  There's so much to be done and I hardly get anything accomplished in a few hours.

At least I have plants long housed in pots now properly in the soil.  Now to wait for them to adapt and grow.

I also had a brief gardening moment Friday.
I had to move various plants to alternative areas of my garden before spring made it impossible to do so.
I have 6-7 foot high poppies that are architecturally beautiful to look at, but they can get a little invasive if left unchecked.

I should watch something on tv, but usually I just find something and stream it on my computer.  I'm not tired enough to go to bed, so I need something to distract me.

Rage. Best buy has been holding my refund since the 16th. First the guy at the counter said 2-3 days, and I thought that sucked.

I checked today, and it still hadn't gone back, so I called them. The woman I spoke with had the cadence of darth vader, and totally didn't care. She blamed my bank and said it takes five business days.

I feel like knocking over their curved tv's, but I know I'd mess up, get caught, and go to jail.
