'Fouling of the public footpath' is the #1 anti-social behaviour problem in the UK, and in congested cities like London, the problem is even worse as you can imagine.  I have to walk about 150yrds to take my kids to school and have to dodge at least 10 heaps of slowing disolving dog crap on the way there.

Much as I love animals, I have come to the conclusion the dogs have no place in urban society.  They do not have the space or facilities that they need and with ever increasing dog attacks on children, my opinion is that all dogs should be strictly licenced, chipped, and pre-requisites laid out to those who want to keep them in built up areas.

i agree with the chipping of dogs and a licence.
its the owners who are at fault with the dog poo.

i have had to hit a dog on the local park when the owner let it off the lead and it went for my dog.

arguments occur and trouble ensues.

Unfortunately no Socks  :(
As you can see the above pic,Chester's the spitting image,the only difference is Chester has a white nose,everything else is Socks the bushy tail everything.
I just hope he's lording it up in some old lady's bungalow.

ABout 20% of people I know with cats have either had one move in uninvited or found one without a home and have taken it in.  Cats rarely stay homeless for long.
