I'm glad England made it through, I want people to keep being excited about the tournament :)

And when I saw the USA goal, I imagined this great Hollywood moment, with music and cheering and the tears of happiness :')

I'm so bad :(

Compared to Nigeria yesterday, England looked incredibly well coordinated.  I was impressed, I had no idea they could play so well! :o

Sorry about Behrami, it looks like he has adopted some of the tactics of the West Ham fans.
Yeah, I don't like him.  And he shares my birthday, which really annoys me >:(

Fairweather support then?  ::)
Definately! :D  Switzerland never make it through, I've got no choice :'(

By the way, I am now supporting USA.

Now Zoidberg is the popular one!

USA needs better referees to their next game or they can pack luggages before match.

Looks like you're going to have to rent the movie after all, smokes.  :)

I think the man in the shop was Slovenian - although he probably should have said '4pm' if that were the case :)

O     M     G!

World champions out of the cup in the group stage. WTF happened there?

I really enjoyed the Italy - Slovakia match, the unpredictability of this tournament adds to the watchability of these final group matches. Even when the quality of the football isn't great the games are fascinating.

Japan played very well.
Paraguay won't fancy facing them in this mood.

Paraguay has a very good team this year. Specially Justo Villar. He's a very good goalkeeper. I really hope the do good in this World Cup.

The only social friends I have here in south London are Italians.  There were plans for us to have a get together for either an England or Italy game when it got to the finals stage, but now I would imagine that's been scuppered.

I'll have to go round to Chek's place for a Swiss game if they get through ..

Brazil v Portugal is about to start, I've been looking forward to this one since they were drawn in the same group.

Me too! But work and kids only allowed me to watch the first 15 min and the last 40 seconds.  ::)

I have just finished watching both games back to back, and if was scored by nodding off, I'd be in double figures.
