When you have the parachute emblem in the top left corner, hit your spacebar to deploy the parachute.  I didn't know either till you asked so I googled it.

It must be my computer ,if i click to play the game ,it loads ,
but the bear wont move,i can play the game if i go to the
site ,so ill do it that way .

The game is only embedded so it should work as it does for me? :-\  Maybe it's a gremlin?

I formatted a few days ago ,and my web pages are driving me
mad ,sometimes taking minutes to load instead of seconds ,

ive run all the protection progs ,and cleaned all spyware and
got all dead reg keys out ,cant figure it out .

some formats are not successful ,any ideas  ???

Don't sweat it and it has nothing to do with you.  It seems you have to have the most powerful admin permission checked to be able to post "html" bbc tags otherwise they don't take when you post.  I'll fix it and it is my bad as I should have warned you of that.  Sorry CMF.
