I saw this over on Demonoid and had a go. You don't actually have to control your fighter, it is a sit back and watch while your "Brute" gains experience and ability.
I am still quite a novice so you will probably beat me.

I shouldn't have won that really as your axe was far more powerful, but my dog took some heat for me. :)

I don't think the levels mean much at this point, as I fought my character just now and the new brute that I had to create, which had 79 HP to my 66 and flattened me twice with a club that finished me straight off :-\ If I get to level 10 I'll start a diasfora clan there, we might be able to have mass punch ups with some other?

There are Wolves, Bears, and multiple dogs given to some brutes, you are lucky to hit the character once! The throwing stars are a big piss off too, not to mention some hammers that kill you in one hit.

I tried one of my lesser brutes (level 6) against her, and just about won. Not a bad brute and my most reliable is called xxxboyxxx who has just gone to level 8. He did get the "bumps" as a bonus (the big club) and that can be a real curse if the character tries to use it, as 80% they miss with it.
Try one of your brutes against xxxboyxxx and see how you get on.

Yes a very handy link dw33z. Do you use that manager? I have my extra brutes bookmarked which seems to make it easy enough to switch between them.

yeah, I just started using it. It's nice cuz from the list of six opponents, I can click on a link it adds (I middle click to open in a new tab) to open the opponents cell before choosing who to fight.

There is a youtube video showing you how to get infinite EXP using proxies, but I think the game is not really worth cheating at like that. I mean, it's not as if you actually do anything?

You are very lucky to get that so early, your brute should progress really quickly.

One of my brutes has the heavy mallet, along with some other nice pummeling weapons, the problem is, with it being heavy, it's more prone to get dropped. But it is nice to see a 70+ hit.

Any way to see the past notifications, other than the ones down on the right side..?
I had just gone trough two battles, I was one step away from progress (lvl.7), and then I was
bombed with notifications about this and that, and I was suddenly on 7th, and I'm not sure what
upgrade I got upon reaching that level... presuming I got anything...

I don't believe so MisterAJ. When you try and watch an old fight someone has linked, it always gives that "Brutes have short memories. I can't find the battle you're referring to." message.

But something as simple as a text, and not a animated fight, shouldn't be too hard to keep...
At least long enough for me to read it... :(

But that stuff (a bunch of hax and bugs) aren't part of the game any more...

What stuff isn't part of the game anymore? The only thing I did was "hack" the creation of the brute to make her all black. The other stuff was all acquired legitimately.

The MyBrute admins have cracked down on some obvious hacked accounts and have reset them. Read a little on that a while back.
One of my pupils has a keyboard. It's a pretty nice weapon if he'd use it more than 2-3 times before tossing it.
