Modo was a Dwarf.
Not any Dwarf mind you,, no,, he wasnt the run of the mill gold hugging tunnel mining Dwarf.
He was a Dwarf with a plan,,
Of course, being a Dwarf, this made him a black sheep among Dwarfs.
He didnt work hard, nor did he hord his money.
Infact, Modo was pretty much unusual for many reasons.
He didnt have a beard, or wear chain mail,,and he didnt drink alot or worship the Dwarven Gods ( like the God of Gold and the God Of Drinking, or the God Of Tunnels).
Modo was his own Dwarf with his own ideas and goals.
One Idea he had was that to live in plendor was to be high up above the crowds, unlike many Dwarfs that thought once rich,, you lived under your mine.
Not Modo,, he was claustrophobic.
Many Dwarfs worshiped gold in all its forms,,Modo didnt go out for riches,, it was too much trouble to keep.
Modo was a frugal Dwarf.
Dwarves left their mines rarely,, Modo liked adventure.
This was so undwarflike, many thought he was just a short Human.
Modo liked Humans,, they were adventurous.
Modo craved adventure.
On day,, while the sun was shining, Modo left the tunnels for good.
No one saw him go,, nor did they care.
Modo wasnt like other Dwarfs,, He didnt like tunnels.
SO,, Modo,, being the black sheep of Dwarfdom,, set out on his merry way to,,,,,
