Ages ago there was a topic on Noid, can't remember the name of the programme. There was a timeline you could use to select specific parts of a video and export it (like creating chapters with NeroVision).

Basically I uploaded another film to Youtube and its blocked presumably due to the Warner intro with a growling lion. Currently two other parts are live and passed processing.

I need to remove the intro and try reuploading it.

I was going to suggest either that or vdub mod.
