i was gonna be green man for halloween this past year, but i couldn't find a full body lime green spandex suit. also, i wouldve had trouble drinking. so i was a cyclist instead. still got to wear tight spandex ;D

Thats from a 1980's Norwegian theater show called "Oluf"...
I use EximiousSoft GIF Creator v5.56...
There probably are several easy ways of creating them, but what I do is:
- find a part of a movie I want to use. - "Save image" (to a GIF-creator folder) in Media Player Classic - use the right arrow to skip a frame or two ahead. - repeat until I have what I need. - open in ESGC.5.56 - adjust - save
I'm still trying stuff out...
Here's the result when I mix two different movies. The images had different dimensions, so I had to move some stuff around...
First time I've heard that complaint from you, my dear... :D :D :D

You might be able to shrink it down some if you extract the images, save the individual images in a lower quality, then recombine them in an animated gif but...

When Mickey Mouse kicked the poo out of the Jonas Brother, I couldn't stop laughing for a solid 5 minutes. Funniest thing I've ever seen in my life. I was crying, and my sides hurt. It was awesome. South Park is back with a bang!
