The problem is that your ranks are based off of postcount and because of that you cannot switch between genders.  The best we could do is play with the little gender icon or something to make it more apparent.  I am sure you realise that the human is meant to reflect man's "gluttony" and I would have thought the women among us may want that to be demonstrated by a male image, not female.

I was thinking the Homo Superior sould be something X-Men-ish and we have already discussed some ideas for Superheroes.  I have no problem for either of those to reflect something feminine, in fact, it may be the further you evolve, the more feminine you become (if that statement doesn't make OC1 say "word" I don't know what will..)

I voted yes but with improvements because I like the idea of an evolution for the board...  In other words let's make the change, but let's not stop thinking of ways to make it sexier ;) ;) ;)  LOL

We might be able to link a few "phases" together.  For instance, we have a ton of suggestions in AJ's thread that we could go through.  And say once someone hits 1500 posts (or whatever) then they shift to the next "evolution" be it superheroes, mutants, or whatever else we have listed in AJ's thread.  and weent they complete that evolution they can shift to the next one.

I think I know what you are saying there dweez but we do have the rank catagories established pretty well I think.  It is the images that represent them we are trying to hammer out.  It would be too cumbersome to have like 15 levels before you reached Homo Superior and would be too complicated to understand where you are as regards to ranks.  I believe you are saying something our ranks would work from 0 to 500, then one of AJ's from 501 to 1000, then another from... and so on.  That kind of frightens me and seems like overkill although I appreciate the creativity.

The other issue I have not been clear about here is that the 3rd option is meant for people to suggest improvements to my current image proposals - like when someone suggested a female version of the human instead of the male.  For that reason I am counting CZ's as a yes, as these things are always open to change and updating by virtue of our democratic ideology :)

So it stands at 4 yeses and 2 yes with a possible change to one or more of the images.

Yeah, I agree with you really.  I like what we're focusing on with the evolution and to move to a different one would detract from the fora I feel.
