Drake's Fortune: Uncharted is a pretty fun game.  My roommate has it and I watched him play through it.  Lots of adventure games like this I have more fun watching someone else play.

And the graphics are amazing.

I've been wanting to play that game since it's came out.

Assassin Creed get boring and repetitive really quickly.
Lara Croft Underworld is a good game.
Heavenly Sword looks good, but to much of a button rattler for me. You might like it, if like games like that.  :-\
Grand theft Auto, could never really get into it. I haven't play any of them.
Drake's Fortune: Uncharted is a great game, I would recommend it.  ;D

It's the kind of game where if you watch someone else play, you get a chance to see the detail in it.

But when you are playing it, it is a constant hack and slash. There are a some levels, where you are an archer in a tree so it's not so bad, but if you are not good at that you get over run so back to hack and slash.

It's a good enough game, but not one I would want to play again after finishing it.

I got it a couple of years ago for next to nothing (?5) from E-Bay(try search the world). PS3 games are region free so you can buy them from any where in the world and they will play.  ;D

Do you mean Little Big Planet?

If so, it looks kind of interesting to me, but I don't have a PS3 so I've never played it. But I like unusual games like Katamari Damacy, so I actually want to try this game at least. :)

i have this game , or to be more truthful my children have ( i just bought it  :D )
it is a fantastic game.

i couldn't even describe what its about but well worth the money and the hours of play .
you build , decorate your pod (home) , race , visit their world and compete in games.
design and customise your character , download more outfits .
a weird but great game.

my son spent his birthday sleepover with his mates ( all about 12) playing this instead of assassins creed / call of duty / oblivion / fallout
so it must be good  ;)

^haha, sounds good.  :)

I'm still holding off on getting a ps3 though. Too costly + No hacks.

And I'd actually go out and buy the games if they weren't so darn expensive, so the no hacks part

plays a big part. At least with the xbox 360, the drive firmware can be modified to play backups. :P

Plus the games are way less expensive anyway I think, and a larger library.

What kind of mods?

True as well. I can't pick between the two. Generally speaking, I love sony's console side so it's hard for me to decided against it either way.
Also I love the XMB. And I love the feel of it, I love my psp which is very similar so I don't know, I'd feel as if I were cheating by getting a 360, but it's still the more logical choice in my opinion. Well, except for the free online gaming part. That owns.  :P

You can DL movies, music and games for your PSP via the PS3.

Every ps1 game is available.

If you pay for a DL, you can DL it 5 times. So get some friends together, the first person pay's to DL and then log's in to other people PS3 using the first person's log in and account, then DL 's it to the second person's PS3 and so on.

You can share the cost and it's legal.  ;D

Is Assassin's Creed a sandbox style game?

Like Grand Theft Auto or [PROTOTYPE], say?

After a wiki search, I find I prefer the "sandboxed" games, yet I still tend to play them more linear than not.

I picked this up from the steam deal for $5. I've still got to tackle saints row 2, but I'll post my thoughts on the creed after that.
