I get to jam with a cool band tonight

Well children,, since this is music related and I concider this to be bragging rights lol.
I found out about ten minutes ago that Im being invited to a Hillbilly Vegas show tonight as a guest musician!
I get to go jam with some good folks that just recently released a second cd on a national level!
 Well,,being freinds with them helped.
And yes 8ullfrog,, they are Southern Rock.lol

I had a blast!
I got to be backstage during the show,, hung out with the band ( of course,, theyre freinds of mine) got the new cd autographed and played three songs with them.
It was the most harrowing experience of my life! I have to do it again!
 Sheri ( The bass players gf) took some pics with my cellphone,, but the pics were kinda blurry.

Ill get them off my cell phone and try to clean them up a bit,, you cant tell me from a shodowy furry looking blob from an episode of star trek watched on an old tube set.

I played three covers with them ( no Cheapie,, there was no Stairway), Born To Be Wild, Highway To Hell and a mean virsion of Paranoid.

You got it. Ill have the bass in three weeks.
Its a Washburn with full active pickups,, a freind from HBV ( Rob Edwards) has it for sale for 300.
I allready told him to concider it bought.

Um, yeah,, but the shipping would kill me,, and the fender dont have fully active pickups. Know what it costs to buy a bass with active eq on it? I got a sweet deal going.
