It's not funny.  Not unless you've taken loads of drugs - and I mean bucket loads.

I once sat through all of season one and two after a bunch of others decided it'd be fun.  I was hungover and in someone else's house, watching god knows how many hours of it - worst Sunday ever.

Fortunately, it finished once Enterprise was on.  That is probably the only time I have ever been releaved to see that bony Vulcan and Trip Tucker guy.  Actually, bony Vulcan has been enjoyed in other episodes too.

There's a Mighty Boosh radio show, it was on the BBC iPlayer a while ago.  Just thought I'd mention that.

Now Zoidberg is the popular one!

I read about the radio show. Is it any funnier than the tv show? Do they follow a similar format? Again, I love Noel on Buzzcocks so I thought I would give this a go because I have heard alot about it but I just cant get into it. And I dont think its a good enough reason to start taking boat loads of drugs again.  ;D

I don't know about the radio show, I'd assume it'd be more funny than the TV show just because it led to the TV show.  I can imagine it being more interesting on the radio.  The format is probably the same, Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge and That Mitchell and Webb Sound were the same as their television counterparts.  Those Mitchell and Webb people also reused the jokes :o

I suppose it's funny in a random/zany kind of way, I'm not sure though, I'd have to watch it again (yeah, right :D)

Maybe you could watch the next episode after a couple glasses of absinthe...

In that episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks hosted by David Williams, in which he asks Noel if they've left anything out of the Mighty Boosh tours "... like jokes?"  And then Noel replies with "catchphrases", thems weren't lies! :D

Now Zoidberg is the popular one!

I find Noel Fielding annoying and silly.  But I haven't seen that much by him.

I could definately see how a man wouldn't like him. Hes is arrogant and yet proudly effeminate. Must be the artist in him. Very contradictory.

Is it one of those things you kind of get used to after a while?  :D

I had considered watching it again, but I don't want to watch it on my own.

EXACTLY! Its an acquired taste. Of course wanting to bone Noel Fielding certainly doesnt hurt.
