has anyone used Air Display or Adobe Ideas or Photoshop Touch on their tablets?

I ask because I was thinking about getting a wacom bamboo tablet for drawing etc. and while doing some research , these apps popped up that suggested I could use my ipad in lieu of graphic tablet… So I was wondering if anyone has used graphic tablet or apps similar to it and what were you thoughts…. :)

I have never really done graphic design before so can't speak from experience, but a friend of mine who does it a lot says you can't beat a drawing pad, and Wacom is the name that pops up most often

thanks dweez, I decided to purchase the wacom bamboo splash I've never used one before so I think it will be fun.

I have had a few writing tablets as they are meant to be the best option for using in CGI.  I tried and tried to use them as an alternative to a mouse but always found them too cumbersome, either that or I was.  I'd still like to use one for graphics as a mouse just doesn't mimic a pen/pencil to any great degree.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.
