OMG, how did I overlook that?!! Furthermore, you can do that while doing the other allowed after dinner activities. That's being productive.  :D

I could always jog round the garden.

Yeah, I do that when the news comes on or when the tea arrives. That's at least 7 sit ups a day.

Went out last night with the wife's friends, Doctors and nurses.
Went to a eat around the word buffet places "red hot"
food not too bad but ate late so had gone past the hunger stage.
Home @ 12 and up @ 5, wish I could turn off my internal alarm clock

Relaxing.  That's on account if it being my daughter's 9th birthday and the fact that the school coerced me into being an accompanying parent for a Science Museum outing (with my daughter's class so I couldn't dodge it).
