Been having some fairly traumatic nightmares lately, so I'm avoiding sleep right now. Switched out the bedding to try and make a more comfortable nest. I hope that's what it was, because those nightmares can golly right off.

Ummnn... IDK if that's a good idea. That probably will make things worse when you finally fall asleep.

Avoiding certain foods before you go to sleep also helps.
