Well, it's that time of year again. Yes, it's our anniversary and this year it's our 6th.

Many, many thanks to all our members for staying the course even if your visits are infrequent.

Even bigger thanks to all the staff, past and present, for putting up with me and the site issues over the years. "Stoic" just doesn't describe you. "inebriated" does it better.

Anywho. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY US!

I think I celebrated too much today.  Three pints of lager, a very large brandy and half a bottle of Merlot.

What with all the goings on of late, I completely forgot our anniversary.

It was our 7th, a fact that does nothing for my sense of youth.  Anyhow, I'm glad we are still just about breathing and I'm personally holding out for my retirement as I'll need a board on which to moan and gripe.

Ball caps were my thing but they don't look right on my head without hair to pad it out.  I do have a fair amount of what I grew up calling "ski caps" or "toboggans but nowadays people call "beanies" or Canuckians call "tuques".  Gotta wear one year round as a sunburned dome is no joke.

I no longer have any single digit kids (they both have all their fingers though).  Not long now before I can go on vacation outside the school holidays.
