Mesquite turkey.
« on: June 22, 2022, 01:52:44 AM »
When I was at the supermarket, I got super excited to see Mesquite turkey, so I bought it, brought it home, and it's been sitting because I can't really eat bread right now.

But turkey itself doesn't bump calcium, so I ate some of the Mesquite turkey. And hated it.

Somehow I mixed up liking and hating mesquite turkey, and I bought a pound of it. :(

I wanted the spicy turkey. Stupid brain. I don't even know what the spicy turkey is, it just has a red rim on the slices.

Oscar Mayer Mesquite Turkey is basically smoked turkey with some paprika & other spices on the sides.  I don't know of other brands.  We buy this a lot but it's not much different from their Honey Smoked Turkey.

Turns out I wasn't eating mesquite turkey, it was cajun turkey.

Not sure how I made that mistake, but this cajun turkey sucks!

You should reveal the brand so I can avoid it.  We often have turkey sandwiches for lunch.
