Just watched the season ender of Utopia. OMG!!!!!!! If this show isnt continued I will march on Parliament. And the new season of Black Mirror is equally marvelous. Loving every minute of it. Why do we have poo shows like Walking Dead and you guys have this stuff? Not fair!

I've been hearing so much about Utopia lately that I need to check it out. I've never heard of it but it's a strange bit of meme synchronicity that recently the name's popped up so often. I just checked Sidereel to see if it's on there; there are 6 seasons and that site doesn't have the first season. Will watch out for it. Maybe my local rental place has it.

I think that you will find that Utopia has 6 episodes, not 6 seasons.

If we are talking about the same show.

Yup, it's this Utopia.

I've started the 3rd episode. Really good show.

And the new season of Black Mirror is equally marvelous. Loving every minute of it.

S2E1: Was fabulous until the "the mail" came. After that it was a bit over the top. IDK, maybe it was on purpose.

Yes, 6 episodes. Misreading or wishful thinking!

I looked forward to The Americans, but I have found I am unwilling to accept dirtycommiepinkospybastards as sympathetic characters.

The longer I watched the pilot, the more I found myself turning into Archie Bunker.

....Archie Bunker.

Who is Alf Garnett in old money.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

Im watching series 3 now and I can over look most of the obvious mistakes but why the hell dont they have the characters take off the freakin orange jumpsuits when they are committing crimes? I mean COME ON!! How much could that cost?!!

And please remind me if I ever move to England NOT to becoming a parole officer/social worker/whatever they call them. Shows on it 3rd..... 4th..... I dont remember.

Vikings.

Given that History Channel generally sucks and seems to endorse the idea that large men who drive in inclement conditions, that grubby men pursuing 'gators in swamps, or that male threesomes with an idiot as a mascot represent the best of human history (not to mention WWII tanks), I was impressed enough with their current attempt to get into serial drama that I recommend this show.*
* Of course HC must merely be the money behind the affiliation of studios which put this new series together.
Pretty decent opening theme.
