I like him in that role. It's a different Alfred.

I don't remember Robin Lord Taylor in any other role but in this show he's amazing!

He's local to me and the same age so I can see and hear myself and a lot of my friends in him.  That's a little unnerving.  I've never pictured myself as Alfred, he always seemed to emanate "class". 

You're right though, he is a new take on that character.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

The only other thing I've seen Robin Lord Taylor in was the ADD guy in "Accepted".  He's plays Penguin amazingly well.

I must be getting old ("getting?" I can hear you all saying) as I have started to record This Week from the BBC.

I like it because it's topical but funny, and I cant help but like Michael Portillo -  which is odd as he's a Tory and I'm staunch Labour.

I tend to watch anything that Michael Portillo is in.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

I liked it!! There will be a 2nd season with different, story, characters, etc.
