Something my dad calls a "burgercheese". They're burgers with the cheese on the inside, but served without a bun and smothered in tomato sauce.
It's something I grew up with and it's a fun family meal.

I'm English, it's Friday, so dinner will definitely contain fish and potato to some degree.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

I made fish today. I cooked it at 2:30 PM so I don't know if it was for lunch or dinner.

A little earlier I cooked baked Pollock with lemon, canary potatoes, steamed broccoli and carrots, and a parsley and padano white sauce.

Washed it down with a Wolf Blass Chardonnay.

Sounds very good, smokes.
Tonight I'll skip dinner as I normally do on Sundays since we usually eat way to much for lunch.
