Sliced potatoes grilled with onions, tomatoes, and green peppers. Lightly salted with celery seed.
Estragon: I can't go on like this.
Vladimir: That's what you think.

In 2009, D'Acampo was crowned King of the Jungle in the ninth series of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me out of Here!. After the show, D'Acampo and fellow contestant Stuart Manning were charged by the Australian police with animal cruelty for killing and cooking a rat on the show.

He was a 21-year-old waiter when he stole Mr Young’s £4,000 guitar collection, alongside a prized platinum disc.
Italian-born D'Acampo stood before a judge in 1998, and was sentenced under his real name, Gennaro.
He was caught after his DNA matched tests on cigarette butts he had dropped in the now 53-year-old star's bedroom in Mill Hill, North London.

on naked and afraid this guy went on a rat killing spree and ate rats for most of his 21 day stay on the island. I think he said he tasted it like chicken. Maybe Island rats are cleaner than city rats ?  :-[

Big green salad.  Roast cauliflower and a side of rice/quinoa with garlic and herbs.

I spent the afternoon making apricot jam.  OMG.  The fruit was so good to begin with and the jam is a beautiful color with an amazing flavor.  I'm looking forward to breakfast.

Tonight is our Spice Fusion night.

It's truly marvellous but it wipes out a week of calorie watching in a breath.

I like them better than the traditional cherries.
