My quesadillas are more like tacos. I heat the tortilla in the pan, add grated cheese, black beans, tomatoes, scallions, cilantro and avocado, and let them heat for a little while, then wrap the ends over the center. So I end up with a cylinder of agreeable tasting goop. I usually make quite a mess, but they don't contain that much cheese, so I call them that lacking something better to explain them. I guess "heated wraps" might work?
