8 weeks they said at the A&E, depending on how much I stay off it.  :-\

I did the same thing slipping on ice a couple of years ago New Years Eve. I knew it wasn't broken, I never break bones, but everyone made me go get it an x-ray. They said I'd be on crutches until spring. heh.. right. I ditched those things after a week and just hopped everywhere :P

I hope you made it/make it through the day ok. I doubt I'd give up tickets either :)

Had a great night. I think it was a sell-out about 70,000 of a crowd ;D

After a two hour drive to get to Edinburgh, we parked the car about a 20 min walk from stadium (1/2 hr walk for me  :D)

We had General Admission tickets "Allows access to seats in lower stand or standing on pitch", so we went for the seats.  ;D

5pm - Reverend & The Makers

6pm - The Enemy

7pm - Kasabian

8:30pm - Oasis

Only had to stand for the two hours Oasis was on as everybody stood to see them, got home about 1 this morning.

Managed to go through the whole day and night without any pain killers.

Newton's law of action and reaction goes a lot further than just force and motion, you had a good night out but had to pay for it with a your foot.  I have the school fair tomorrow followed by a works BBQ at the missus' place (plenty of champers and good food), so today I come down with a Strep throat and a sprained toe - nothing ever changes does it?

the Scots and the Irish are related, more or less

Spoken like a true Canadian.

?ire. I am actually more Irish than English.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

Thanks.  ;D

You've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?

Anybody else feel lucky or unlucky. ?

Glad you managed to enjoy yourself indie.

I am unlucky.  Especially around my birthday.

Relatives always end up in hospital or dying on my birthday month.

Or we get flooded.  Happened at all the apartment buildings we lived in: third, fourth and fifth floor.

And the universe seems to be telling me something.  Got that a couple of weeks ago.  Not self inflicted.

Spoiler (hover to show)

Yeah.

Got locked out of the gate and so I tried to scale the wall.  Got that scratch from the little spiky stuff they put on top of walls.

You know, Karma is a madam.
Good things happen, but have to be balanced by bad things too.
Same with bad things happening, something good has to happen eventualy to balance things out.
I keep my standards low.
That way im never disapointed.
