Actually the original request has now been resolved by Buster, myself and with the help of the the SMF forum, your clock is now automatically in your avatar space.  I have also set yours to the right time now.

I don't know who has the ability to set the time on these clocks,but i'd appreciate it if mine could be set to the right time.
  I take it dweez or Smokes are the only two.

I know this is a double post.
My clock says the right time until the page has fully loaded then it goes back to 11.59am ???
  So im 8 hrs behind,these things are weird to say the least.

Right my current time now is 8.09pm
Could someone please resize my avatar to 150x150 if at all poss while they're sorting the clock too.
  Much apppreciated,i used my Photobucket account to replace it but it won't resize to 150x150

It's either left, center or right, we can't be more specific than that.  I've set it to center for you.
