Help Needed Translate

This is not a game or joke, not on my part. Someone posted this for me. I have look at it in the mirror upside down and all that. But no joy so thought maybe I'm just too dumb to see what's going on. Can anyone see/find the message if at all there is one. I seem to think there is but i could be wrong.

it was sent to me as an Alien Message. Dammed it i can work it out just thinking maybe its a font. But no font like that in my collection.  >:(
