« on: January 01, 2015, 02:22:45 PM »
So this year and for the rest of my life (maybe)

I am giving up sugar, cakes, soda, juice , most bread, coffee, all things fried and mayo.

I kind of what to give in already but I will remain strong.

I really, really have to give up sugary things for a while. But, as Christmas doesn't officially end until 12th night I'm not going to worry about things just yet.

And by the 6th I'd have forgotten I said this.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

Monday. Next Monday I'll try to start eating healthier food and smaller portions. I'll try. At least from Mondays through Fridays. But I won't even think about giving up alcohol.
