I made a point of logging in (under a fake identity) to X yesterday simply to tell him that he's a disgrace and his behavior was bad for America. The long series of suck up praise posts that preceded mine was staggering. They felt he's put Ukraine in its place and how dare Zelensky show up not wearing a suit. Jesus wept.

What Trump knows about running a company or a government he learned from acting like a competent businessman on tv. That's the only place he came across as one, since he is known for his string of failed business ventures. Sad to say, we are stuck with this failed Reality TV star to screw up the global geopolitical order.

As horrible as the attack on the World Trade Center was, this self inflicted damage seems like it's going to have much worse, longer lasting effects. It's hard to feel optimistic about being an American these days.
