I've watched the 1st 2 episodes and forgot all about it. I don't know why. It wasn't bad.

I'm terrible at Only Connect, I don't recall ever getting the right answer!

Now Zoidberg is the popular one!

it's hannibal

i'm curious how i'll like it

Mads is an amazing actor, i'm not so interested in the story line though

Sadly Mads is the ONLY thing amazing about this show. I have watched every episode and up until the second to the last one I had zero interest (besides drooling over Mr Mikkelsen). I had read that it got canceled but then that turned around and it will be back? Hugh Dancy is a bad Will Graham. Even Fishburn sucks.

3 episodes was my limit. And I'm a fan of the books, the movies and Hugh Dancy.

....tonight i will be watching British Lions v Australia when the wife has gone work

I spent 34 hrs running around old Lang Park (it will never be suncorp stadium in my mind) setting up corporate displays for that game.  Got picked up by the police for walking down the street after getting diner while the game was on (yay Queensland).  I figure my work mate and I must have looked suspicious due to us not wearing any football attire.
Brisbane was a sea of red that night.  1 in 10 were wearing green and gold.....

BUT, during that trip I got put onto a great show called "A Touch of Cloth".  Really funny show that has only had two episodes so far, with the third due later this year.
A lot of puns and ridiculous humour.

No freebees, that I wanted.  There were loads of these yellow lion tamer's hat/pith helmet/safari hats (whatever you want to call them) lying around, but they were made from crappy rubberised foam and looked very sad.  I see the concept behind it, the Aussie team being British and Irish Lion tamers, but they look like something to wear to the cricket more than the rugby, not to mention we lost....

Besides that, this sort of corporate gig, it's best not to take any of the stuff left behind by the attendees even if it is a give away.  They don't like us having things they didn't want, and people get into a lot of trouble for taking even a doily.

So Im attempting to watch Dexter for the 3rd time. Im at ep05 and its starting to drone on already. Is there any hope at the end of the tunnel that Ill like this show? I like stupid family dramas/comedies/etc too. Royal Pains has been on for 5 seasons. Ive gotten through half of season one and its just not happening. Monk too. I cant even make it through ep03 and I want to stop. Which of these three do you think I should continue with. Anyone?

I liked the show Chuck a lot, but I didn't like the character Chuck. I kinda kept hoping he'd finally die and Sarah and John could both go on with their lives doing super awesome stuff instead of running around saving his bacon or having to deal with his intermittently effective "flashes". Although he was the namesake of the show, I did become irrationally hopeful in one episode (the one with Tricia Helfer) that Chuck would finally be sent to an underground CIA holding pen for the rest of his life never to be heard from again so that the people with actual skills and useful talents could get on with their lives being good at stuff instead of babysitting some lovesick hillbilly with occasional superpowers.
