I have some medical tests tomorrow and tonight I only had a vegetable soup, bread and strawberries. The truly bad thing is I couldn't drink alcohol.  :D

tonight i ate.
Shell pasta in olive oil and parmesan cheese with flaked peppered mackerel and fresh chilli's.plus the odd chestnut mushroom.

I did a huge picnic today and went to the common with some music and a football.  The missus didn't finish work until 7pm but was there by 5 past which was about the perfect time to eat.

Beautiful evening but far too many gnats!!
